基于投入产出模型的武钢炼铁系统能耗与节能潜力分析

摘    要:针对武钢炼铁系统建立多级能源投入产出模型,采集并分析武钢炼铁系统2010~2013年生产及能源数据,通过该模型计算焦炭、烧结矿及铁水的能值与能耗,运用吨钢能耗e-p分析法计算工序节能量,采用指数平滑法预测未来一年的能源需求量。结果表明,降低焦化、烧结、高炉工序能耗,加大回收余热、余能等二次能源的力度,增加喷煤量以提高煤焦置换比以及优化生产结构等措施均有助于该炼铁系统的能耗降低。

Analysis of energy consumption and energy-saving potential of WISCO ironmaking system based on input-output model

Abstract:A multistage energy input-output model was established based on the ironmaking system of WISCO. By collecting and analyzing the production and energy data from 2010 to 2013, the energy value and energy consumption amount of coke, sinter and molten iron were calculated by the established model. In addition, the e-p analysis method was applied to calculate the energy conservation amount and the exponential smoothing method was adopted to forecast the energy demand in the next year. The results show that a series of technological measures, such as reducing energy consumption of coking, sintering and blast furnace procedures, raising the utilization of secondary energy (exhaust heat and surplus energy), increasing the coal injection quantity to improve the replacement ratio of coal and coke, and optimizing the production structure of ironmaking system, are beneficial to the reduction of energy consumption of this ironmaking system.
