摘    要:建立符合实际装配结构的有限元模型是结构动态优化设计的关键.为此建立依维柯A40新客车白车身三维CAD模型,并实现了向有限元模型的转换,通过白车身模态试验,并作为依据修正有限元模型,使有限元分析结果与试验测试结果相符,获得了能够反映实际车身结构动力学特性的有限元模型,为后继车身的结构优化设计打下基础.

Abstract:It is a key factor to build a finite element(FE) model that accords with actual assembling structures for dynamic optimal design. The three-dimensional CAD model of body-in-white of the new IVECO A40 bus was established and the transformation to FE model was carried out. The FE model was modified according to the results of the modal test of the bus body-in-white, which resulted in good correspondence between the model results and the test results and provides the basis for the analysis and structural optimal design of the bus body.
