| 摘 要： | 自20世纪90年代以来,欧盟诞生并实施欧盟东扩战略已成为不可逆转之势,欧盟东扩有其深刻的动因,但目前欧盟东扩还将遇到种种困难、阻碍和挑战。长远看来,欧盟的发展无法阻挡,而且欧盟的发展对于维护世界的和平与稳定,抑制美国的霸权主义和强权政治具有重要的现实意义。本文正是通过对欧盟东扩的背景、动因的剖析基础上,对欧盟东扩过程中面临的弊病及挑战进行分析,并对欧盟东扩后的“大欧盟”的前途及影响进行展望。

| Abstract: | Since the 1990s,the birth of European Union and its eastward expansion strategy have become an irreversible trend.EU's eastward expansion has its profound causes.Currently,EU eastward expansion will encounter difficulties,obstacles and challenges.In the long run,the EU's development is irresistible,which can keep the maintenance of world peace and stability,curb US hegemonism and power politics.Based on the analysis of EU's eastward expansion of the ills and challenges facing,the paper tries to analyze the prospect of EU's eastward expansion,give views on the future and influence of Large EU. |
