摘    要:将不同种类的生物质与废轮胎以不同的质量比混合,以负载V或Ag的分子筛为催化剂,在温度500℃下共热解,研究了影响热解油产率、热值、黏度、密度及元素组成的主要因素.结果表明,当生物质在混合物中质量分数低于40%时,采用Ag/HZSM-5、 Ag/SBA-15和V/HZSM-5作催化剂得到的热解油黏度均达到了商业0号柴油的黏度要求,而密度仍比0号柴油高.分子筛上负载V,Ag后对共热解过程中热解蒸气发生的加氢反应具有促进作用.

Abstract:The mixtures composed of differently proportional biomass and tyre with different catalysts such as V/SBA-15, V/HZSM-5, Ag/SBA-15, Ag/HZSM-5 were co-pyrolyzed at 500℃. The influence of catalyst and the ratio of biomass to tyre on pyrolytic oil yield, high heating value (HHV), viscosity and the elementary composition of oil were investigated. The results show that, when mass percent of biomass in the mixture was below 40%, the viscosity of the oil reached the requirement of commercial liquid fuel like diesel No.0; but the density was still higher by 4. 76% than diesel oil No. 0. Hydrogenation reactions during the co-pyrolysis steam were promoted by molecular sieve loaded V and Ag.
