客车车轴的应力谱分析与疲劳寿命估算

摘    要:本文依据我们在“客车车轴随机动态响应及车轴强度的结合研究”一文中所得的计算结果,建立了车轴薄弱环节──轮座部位的计算应力谱模型,并用Miner线性疲劳累积损伤理论作了RD_3轴的疲劳寿命估算,算得其寿命按每年运行20万公里计,约为32.8年,即相当于运行里程为656万公里。文中试图根据轨道载荷谱所得的计算结果,以车轴为例进行疲劳寿命预估的方法,为进行新型转向架及其它运输机械设计时,不可能得到实测谱的承载部件的寿命估算提供了一种有效的替代方法。

Abstract:In this paper,according to results of the random response analysis of passenger cosch andthe stress calculation of axle,we supposed stress chart model of weak linkwheel axle seat andpredicted fatigue life of RD_3 axle with Miner linear fatigue damage theory.The calculating resultshowed that the axle fatigue life is 6.56 million kilometers.The method presented here,whichcan be used to predict the fatigue life(an example of the axle is given below)on the basis of thecalculation results obtained from track unevenness,is an effective substitutive one both new de-sign of truck and other transport machinery to predict the fatigue life of running parts when it isimpossible to have the measurd stress chart available.
