| 摘 要： | 人造甜味剂如糖精、阿斯巴甜、AK糖等，作为食品添加剂早已进入了人类生活。对三种人造甜味剂糖精、阿斯巴甜、AK糖的历史、结构、优缺点等作了介绍，展望了人造甜味剂未来的发展前景。
