An Overview of Chinese Traditional Translation Theory

translation activities have been existing for more than 2 thousand years,so has translation theory which plays an important role in cross-cultural communication.However,it was not until more than 100 years ago that systematic translation theory came into existence.This article demonstrates briefly the development of traditional Chinese translation theory and its features.
