| 摘 要： | 新形势下，高职院校班级管理面临着新的挑战，为迎接新挑战、提升班级管理的质量与效益，有必要在班级管理实践中采用一种“四维一体”班级对话管理模式，并进一步就“四维一体”班级对话管理模式建构的背景、理论基础、基本样式、保障条件等方面进行了分析。

In order to solve new problems and improve the quality and efficiency of class management, the mode of ＂ Four in One＂ dialogue system is experimented. The paper further deals with the mode＇s background, theoretical basis, forms and conditions. |
