| 摘 要： | 在以不断创新的知识为基础的知识经济时代，知识分子在经济和社会发展中将处于主导地位。因此，必须充分发挥知识分子在知识经济时代的特殊作用。就社会层面而言，需做好三个方面的工作：1．政治上充分信任；2．工作上放手使用；3．生活上关心照顾。
