摘    要:研究表明,精恶唑禾草灵是一种强诱变剂,一定时间和浓度的精恶唑禾草灵能显著诱导鲦红细胞微核及核异常的发生,且与对照组相比,相差显著(P<0.05或P<0.01).在一定浓度范围内,微核率与浓度呈正相关.研究还表明:处理时间越短,微核率和核异常率达到高峰时的浓度越低;浓度越高,微核率和核异常率达到高峰时的时间越晚.

Abstract:The test results indicate that the micronucleus and abnormal nucleus of the erythrocytes of H.leucisculus could be induced by Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl with certain exposure periods and concentrations,and it is significantly different in comparison with control group(P<0.01).At certain range of Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl concentration,the micronucleus rates show a dosage-dependent elevation.In addition,the shorter it is for exposure periods,the smaller it is for the dosages that the micronucleus rates and nuclear anomalies rates are the biggest.At the same time,the researches show that the high frequency of micronucleus and nuclear anomalies appear also later with the increase of the dosages.
