小型化油井综合测试系统设计

摘    要:为了解决传统的以单片机为核心的油井测试仪系统设计较复杂且体积庞大的问题,介绍了一种基于嵌入式掌上电脑和PIC单片机相结合的综合测试系统.采用PIC单片机实现前端数据采集,利用掌上电脑作为人机接口并对测量数据进行无线传输和存储.该系统体积小易于携带使用,维护简便.结果表明,该系统工作正常,数据采集与存储可靠,测量精度可达1%,能够满足实际油井参数测试的需要.

Abstract:The traditional testing system of oil well have many disadvantages such as complex system configuration, bulky size and so on. A miniaturized oil well parameters combination testing system is introduced based on palm and PIC single-chip microct~mputer in order to solve the problems above. PIC single-chip microcomputer collects the parameter data. Palm computer is used as the interface at the same time it can transport and save data in our system. It is a new tool with small size and simple configuration. Experimental results show that the precision can reach 1% and it is more effective in practice.
