矮慈姑人工授粉后花粉管生长的荧光显微观察

摘    要:用荧光显微术观察了矮慈姑人工授粉后雌蕊上花粉粒萌发及花粉管的生长过程与途径,结果表明:该种在授粉0.5h后花粉粒全部萌发出花粉管,花粉管在授粉2h后部分到达子房,4h仙进入胚珠;花粉管在雌蕊之向心一侧的组织中行进,至子房基部后部分花部管转向胚珠,由珠孔进入珠心。

Abstract:Using fluorescence microscopy,the pollen germination and pollen tube growth after artificial pollination in Sagittaria pygmaea Miq were observed. The results are as follows:Pollen grains are germinated 0.5 hours after pollination.Pollen tubes arrive ovary walls 2 hours after pollination,and come into ovules 4 hours after pollination.Pollen tubes penetrated the centripetal tissues to the bases of pistils.Some pollen tubes circumambulated to the ovules,the others penetrated the bases of pistils to the tissues of receptacles and came into other pistils.This behavior of S.pygmaea would be conduced to the assurance of fruit-sets.
