离子浮选体系的理论研究

摘    要:本文介绍了离子浮选的理论和应用,并着重探讨了离子浮选系统中竞争离子的临界浓度和目标离子的最大回收率公式。在上述基础上设计了一个计算机软件SIFSAC来帮助选择适宜的捕收剂和浮选工艺条件,分析工艺指标和工艺条件对溶液中离子初始浓度的敏感性。结合实例说明了应用。

Abstract:This paper describes the theory and application of ion flotation and discusses in particular thecritical concentration formula of competing ion and the maximum recovery formula of target ionin a flotation system. On the above basis the authors design a computer software SIFSAC to aidthe seleetion of a proper collector and flotation technological conditions, and the analysis of thesensitivity of technological index and conditions to the primary concentrations of the ions in solu-tion. An example is illustrated.
