| 摘 要： | 本文从服务型政府的视角，对机关干部队伍的现状与问题进行了分析，试图找出机关干部队伍建设的症结所在，并通过制度、体制、教育方式等方面的改革，促成机关干部队伍工作积极性、总体思想素质、履职能力等方面的全面提高，推进服务型政府的建设，更好地为人民服务。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of service-oriented government and based on the analysis of present situation and problems of organs and cadres,this article manages to find out the crux of problem of the cadres construction,and advises to promote the positive work of the organ cadre force,and the overall quality of thinking,perform their duties in full capacity to increase through the system,structure,and education reform and boost the construction of a service-oriented government to better serve the people. |
