高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫腺肌瘤30例临床分析

目的：评价高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗子宫腺肌瘤的疗效及安全性。方法：选择不愿意手术的已生育且有临床症状的患者作为治疗对象，在超声实时监控下，应用高强度聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机治疗30例，定期随访观察患者临床症状、体征及瘤体的超声影像变化。结果：经HIFU治疗后的30例子宫腺肌瘤患者有效率达93．3％以上，无效率6．7％。结论：高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫腺肌瘤安全有效，可作为一种无创伤治疗子宫腺肌瘤的新方法。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Uterine Adenomyoma with High Intensity Focused Ultrasound

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) for treating the uterine adenomyoma.Methods:The patients with uterine leiomyomata who had given birth to children were chosen as the candidates.The high intensity focused ultrasound tumor therapeutic system was applied to focus the extracorporeal ultrasound inside the uterine lieomyomata.The real-time two-dimensional ultrasonography was used to guide the location of the focal field and monitor the ablating procedure.The uterus ultrasonography,myoma-related signs,symptoms were performed for follow-up before and after HIFU treatment.Results:Of the 30 cases who accepted the HIFU ablation,93.3% showed short-term and long-term effect.and 6.7% was not effective.Conclusion:HIFU was a safe and effective method for the treatment of uterine adenomyoma.
