GeO_2基Er~(3 )和Yb~(3 )共掺杂氟氧混合物材料的上转换发光

摘    要:制备了以GeO2 为基础的 6个Er3 与Yb3 共掺杂样品 ,并测试了它们在 85 8nm半导体激光和 930nm二极管激光激发下的荧光谱 ,测量发现 ,在 930nm二极管激光激发下各样品的荧光强度较之 85 8nm半导体激光激发下的荧光强度普遍要强 ,且Ge4,Ge5两样品较之其余四个样品在两种光源的激发下的绿光段的荧光强度要强的多 ,且用肉眼在白天即可见到很强的绿光 .简单分析了它们的上转换机制 .

Abstract:Six Er 3 :Yb 3 co-doped samples were prepared based on GeO 2 . Their fluorescence spectra under 858 nm semiconduct laser and 930 nm diode laser excitation were also measured respectively. It was found that the relative intensities of fluorescence pumped under 930 nm diode laser are commonly stronger than that of pumped under 858 nm semiconduct laser. Furthermore, the relative intensities of fluorescence of Ge4 and Ge5 samples are far stronger than the other four samples under the two kinds of lasers excitation.Their strong green luminescences were observed with naked-eye at daytime. Their up-conversion mechanism pumped under 930 nm diode laser was analyzed.
