| 摘 要： | 铂类金属抗癌配合物的研究始于1969年，经过30多年的发展，取得了重大进展。顺铂、卡铂的开发成功和临床应用给癌症的治疗带来了一场新的革命，几种新型的铂类抗癌药物巳推出。作者综述铂类金属抗癌药物的历史、现状、发展及其作用机理。

| Abstract: | The research on platinum anti-tumor drugs began 1969.Within more than thirties years, great progress has been achieved. The successful development and clinical application of Cis-platinum and Carbon-platinum anti-tumor drugs brought a new revolution in the therapy of tumors. Some new drugs of this kind have been come into used. This article summarizes diverse platinum anti-tumor drugs and their activities, and then discusses the anticancer mechanism of these compounds. |
