| 摘 要： | 作为我国西部欠发达的地区之一，柴达木盆地如何在循环经济中保持人口、资源、环境之间的协调发展，是其所面临的一个十分紧迫的问题．柴达木盆地东部的绿洲地区是盆地社会经济活动和人口最为集中的区域，也是生态环境破坏较为严重的区域．本文利用环境系统工程的层次分析法，对其东部地区循环经济的可持续发展作出了影响评价．结果表明，全区均处于较低的水平，在此基础上，提出了盆地东部地区循环经济的可持续发展的对策和建议． |

| Abstract: | How to maintain harmonious development of Population, resources and environment in Chaidamu Basin, one of the underdeveloped areas of western China, is an urgent problem. The oasis in the eastern Chaidamu Basin, is the most populated and developed area, and hence with serious bio-environment destruction.The essay used environment layer analysis method to evaluate the sustainable development of the cycle economy of the area. With the unsatisfactory result, the essay tabled the proposal of the sustainable development of the cycle economy. |
