| Abstract: | the conception of numerus clausus is the the unification of real rights, and the reason for this is helpful to protecting the property and exchange and safety of property. It is agreed in the usual practice of Chinese law that to tidy up the old real rights and to prevent restoring an enthroned monarch, to reflect the productive relationship and retain economic and political system, to discriminate the real rights and credit and to reduce the cost of trading is not the reason. |
