| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着法学研究的转向,有关法学方法、法律方法的研究逐渐成为法学研究中的“显学”。而在法律方法研究中,法律推理越来越受到学者的关注。本文就我国学者对法律推理问题的研究进行评述,目的是清晰人们对法律推理的认识。
