| 摘 要： | 介绍在TCP／IP和ATM网络中应用的一些拥塞控制技术，重点分析控制理论的一些成果在拥塞控制中的应用，指出目前的拥塞控制技术中的不足，并提出了一些利用控制理论解决拥塞问题的新思路。
