和谐社会的宪政观

在21世纪中国发展的关键时期,中共中央提出了构建和谐社会的概念。我们所要建设的社会主义和谐社会,应该是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。和谐社会的宪政之道应该是宽容之道、和平之道、理性之道和人本之道,当然也是秩序之道。只要我们能够真正铭记宪法的核心,把握住宪政建设的精髓所在,那么和谐社会的宪政也是指日可待的事情。

The Vision of Constitutionalism of a Harmonious Society

Building an ideal society has been a dream for every people in every period.It is certainly the same for the Chinese people.In the critical period of twenty-first century Chinese development,the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party puts forward the concept of building a harmonious society.The harmonious socialist society that we are going to build should be one of democracy and law,fairness and justice,honesty and friendship,vitality and stability,and one in which human development is in harmony with nature.The law of constitutional-ism should include that of tolerance,peace,rationality,humanism and order.The constitutional governance of a harmonious society will not be long if we keep in mind and stick to the essence of constitutional construction.
