基于路段通过能力的运输系统成本模型

为了给各种运输方式的比较优势和组合优势提供统一的分析方法和手段,以路段通过能力为基点,以经济成本为基础,分析了基础设施子系统和运输子系统的成本构成,并建立了对应的计量模型。研究结果表明:可以通过路段通过能力将基础设施子系统成本和运输子系统成本统一起来构建运输系统成本模型;该模型能反映交通运输系统价值流转的要求,可以为投资能力约束条件下寻求最佳的投资取向提供依据;当通过能力使用具有同等价值贡献时,该模型可以比较各种运输方式的基础设施成本,寻求低成本的运输通过能力;当通过能力使用具有不同等价值贡献时,该模型可以比较不同运输方式运输能力的效益。

Cost model of transportation system based on traffic capacity in corridor

In order to analyze the comparison and combination superiority about each kind of transport mode,this paper discussed the cost compose of the infrastructure and the transportation system,established the corresponding measurement model based on the traffic capacity in the corridor and the economic cost.The results show that the infrastructure system cost and the transportation system cost can unify through the traffic capacity of the corridor;the model can fully manifest the request of the transportation system value past and take supports for seeking the best investment under the investment capacity restraint;this method can find the suitable traffic capacity with lower cost by comparing the infrastructure cost of each transport mode when value contribution of the traffic capacities are the same;it also can compare the benefit about the transport capacity of the different transport modes when the value contribution is not the equal.9 refs.
