摘    要:研究了以2,6-二氯甲苯为原料,催化氨氧化合成2,6-二氟苯甲腈,制备和筛选了性能优良的 P-V-Mo-Cr-K-O/γ-Al2O3氨氧化反应催化剂。经过 240 h催化剂寿命的初步实验,催化剂活性、选择性不降低。在 φ32 mm×3 mm单管反应器中进行了氨氧化反应条件优化研究,反应温度 360 C,接触时间 10 S,氧气对 2,6-二氯甲苯物质的量比为3时,2,6-二氯甲苯转化率92.2%,2,6-二氯苯甲腈收率77.6%,纯度为98.7%。

Abstract:A Process for producing 2, 6-dichlorobenzonitrile by catalytic ammoxidation of 2, 6- dichlorotoluene as raw material is studied. The P-V-Mo-Cr-K--O/r-Al2O3 ammoxidation reaction catalysts with good function are preparated and choisen. After 240 h preliminary life test of the catalysts indicates that their activity and selectivity don't decreased. In φ32 mm × 3 mm single tube reactor the optimizations of ammoxidation reaction condition are studied; the conversion of 2, 6-dichlorotoluene is 96. 4%, the yild of 2, 6- dichlorobenzonitrile is 77. 6%,the purity of 2, 6-dichlorobenzonitrile is 98. 6 %,wherein the reaction temperature is 360 ℃,the contact time is 10 s and the molar ratio of oxigen to 2,6-dichlorotoluene is 3.
