论国有企业的薪酬激励机制

摘    要:人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,也是企业发展的最关键性因素。企业实行激励机制的最根本的目的在于正确地诱导员工的工作动机,使他们在实现组织目标的同时实现自身的需要,增加其满意度,从而使他们的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬下去,可以说激励机制运用的好坏在一定程度上决定着企业兴衰。通过对收入分配公平的探讨,提出了在国有企业应建立和实施多跑道、多层次的激励机制。

Abstract:The human resource is a strategical resource of the modern enterprise, and also is a most critical factor for the development of the enterprise. The basic target of practicing the excitation mechanism in the enterprise is to induce the working motivation of the staff and workers correctly, making them realize their own target at the same time of realizing the target of the organization and increasing their satisfactory degree, and making their activity and creativity be maintained and promoted forever. Therefore, the application of the excitation mechanism determines the fate of the enterprise to a certain extent. Through the investigation of the fair distribution of the income, this paper puts forward the suggestion that the state-owned enterprise should establish and practice the multi-channel and multi-level excitation mechanism.
