围绕育人中心提高高校图书馆阅览管理与服务水平

图书馆是高等学校的重要教育资源，肩负着育人的重任。高校图书馆必须围绕这个中心，树立“以人为本”的育人理念，提高管理人员队伍的综合素质，创造良好的阅览和学习环境，改进阅览管理中的不合理规定，拓展阅览室的服务空间，做好高校图书馆阅览管理与服务工作。
