| 摘 要： | 随着东北亚区域经济合作进入制度化发展的新阶段,东北老工业基地产业结构调整迎来了一个契机。东北老工业基地应充分利用东北亚区域经济合作的平台,大力提高东北老工业基地的对外开放水平,重振东北老工业基地产业优势,提升产业竞争力,积极推进东北亚次区域经济合作,为东北地区产业结构调整创造条件,从而加快东北老工业基地的振兴。

| Abstract: | Entered the new institutional seedtime along with the Northeast Asia economic cooperation,the industrial structure adjustment in the northeast old industrial base has won an opportunity.The northeast old industrial base should use fully the platform of economic cooperation in Northeast Asia,enhances the northeast old industrial base vigorously the opening to the outside world,inspires superiority of the northeast old industrial base industry,promotes industry competitive power,advances positively inferior economic cooperation in Northeast Asia,creates the condition for industrial structure adjustment of the northeast area,thus speeds up the promotion of the northeast old industrial base. |
