基于ATV的四履带采矿车工况稳定性仿真研究

摘    要:本文在ATV提供的坦克模型(Tank.rood)的基础上,增加了螺旋滚筒切削头,建立了深海钴结壳采矿车的多体系统动力学模型。就水平路面、15°坡面、0.6m深沟及0.4m高垂直障碍等四种情况,在硬路面上进行了工作过程动力学仿真。通过比较分析,得出两履带和四履带两种采矿车在上述四种路面工作稳定性。

Abstract:Using the tracked toolbox(ATV) modules of ADAMS can easily take the dynamic analysis about tracked vehicles.Based on the the tanks model(Tank.mod) provided by ATV,the paper established spiral drum cutting head and a multi-body system dynamics model about deep-sea mining vehicles.It carried on the dynamic simulation on the following four kinds of road conditions: First,the level road;second,15-degree slope;third,0.6 m deep ditch;four,0.4 m vertical barriers.Through comparison and analysis,the conclusion is t...
