Abstract:A new decision-level fusion model based on threat game theory is proposed to solve the problem of system decision in an information conflict environment which is common in multisensor information fusion systems. In this model, the process of decision fusion is regarded as a mapping among different spaces for local decision, strategy and global decision, separately, thus a structure model of fusion center is constructed. In addition, the decision fusion algorithm is developed the way the threat game algorithm based on game theory is adopted to implement the mutual decision among multiple sensors of the center. The model has been successfully applied to the adjustment of PID model parameters of speed governor in the hydroelectric simulation system of Fengman Hydropower Station, Jilin Province, PRC. The data obtained from practice show that the model can effectively solve the fluctuation problem of rotating speed and frequency, which were hard to solve by traditional PID model.
Keywords:multisensor  decision-level fusion  threat game  hydroelectric simulation  speed governor
