| 摘 要： | 根据模具刃口尺寸磨损后的变化情况,识别出模具刃口尺寸的磨损类型,自动选择相应的计算公式,计算出凸、凹模零件上的刃口尺寸及其公差,并在相应的零件图上进行自动标注,从而实现了模具CAD系统中凸、凹模零件刃口尺寸计算与标注的自动化.

| Abstract: | This paper proposes a method for automatically calculating and labeling the cutting edge dimension of the punching die in the CAD mould system.According to the change of the cutting edge dimension wearing,the method recognizes the wearing style of the die cutting edge dimension,automatically chooses the corresponding calculation formula,calculates the die cutting edge dimension and its tolerance of the male die and female die,and labels it at corresponding part drawing. |
