彩色光敏玻璃的微观结构分析

摘    要:本文用透射电子显微镜,采取复型与离子减薄制样方法,配合选区电子衍射花样,分析了彩色光敏玻璃中晶体形貌、结构及成份。证明在含有F、Br、Ag的Na_2O-ZnO—Al_2O_3-SiO_2系统的彩色光敏玻璃中存在立方体或球形晶体NaF和立方基型的锥状晶体NaBr。彩色光敏玻璃的颜色是由于非球形的各向异性银颗粒选择光吸收造成的,这种银颗粒可在锥体的顶端形成,也可在球形NaF表面上不对称地排列成椭球状。随第一次UV-曝光时间的加长,玻璃中析出晶体尺寸由大变小,晶体密度由小变大。

Abstract:The microstructure of full-color photosensitive glass was studied by TEM.The cubed or sphenical NaF crystals, orientational relation between Ag. NaBr crystals havebeen obtained. The Anisotropic ellopsoidal silver particals concentrated not only at theapex of AgX, but also on the surface of NaF, which controlled the colors of the glass. Withlonger the first time of UV-exposures produce much higher population density and muchlower size of crystallite
