摘    要:图书馆知识管理是将图书馆内部的知识信息进行有序化、系统化的整合,使之能最大限度地转化为生产力、竞争力和新价值的管理策略.具体来说,就是要提高图书馆人员素质,搞好图书馆人力资源管理;合理开发文献信息资源,为读者营造良好的学习和创新知识的环境,更好地为社会造福.

Abstract:The knowledge management of the library is a tactic of management that can convert the knowledge into productivity, competence and new values to the uttermost degree by means of making the knowledge information inside the library integrate orderly and systematically. Concretively speaking, that is to improve the quality of the librarians, to do well the human resource management of the library, and to develop the literature information resources rationally, thus to provide readers with a good surroundings of learning and innovating the knowledge, and to contribute to the society as much as possible.
