| 摘 要： | 本文系统地研究了西门子802D系统数控机床行程限位保护方式和硬件限位逻辑与PLC硬限位保护的原理,绘制了硬件限位逻辑保护电气连接原理图及限位开关逻辑信号关系。针对相应的硬限位保护方案,系统介绍了硬限位PLC程序编制方法。最后,经过系统参数设置、程序调试,验证了硬限位保护程序的正确性。
