最优化技术在冲天炉配料中的应用

摘    要:目前国内各铸造厂所采用的冲天炉配料方法,能够满足铁水对化学成分的要求,从而为机械性能提供了基本保证,在技术上是合理的,但一般不考虑经济性。本文应用线性规划的基本原理,分析影响配料的各个参数,找出数学模型,以单纯形法BASIC语言程序在Apple—Ⅱ机上运算,给出了在保证上述技术要求前提下的最低成本配料,为提高铸造厂的技术经济指标提供了一条新的途径。

Abstract:At the present time, some methods of charge distribution in cupola, which can meet the needs of melted iron for chemica component, are used in foundry shops. These methods can insure iron necessary mechanical propertes. They are suitable only technologically but not economically. Using the fundamental principles of linear programminng, the writer analyses all factors which may influence the charge distribution, estab- lishes a mathematical mould, calculates with the microcomputer Apple-H in Basic language procedure, eventually gives out the charge distribution of the lowest cost under the condition of satisfying the above mentioned technical needs, therefore provides a new way of improving technical economical quota for foundry shops.
