毛细管气相色谱法研究胆固醇热降解及其动力学特征

摘    要:应用毛细管气相色谱法考察了不同温度和加热时间胆固醇的热降解情况。实验表明133℃以下40min不发生降解反应,183℃加热10min有61.9%的胆固醇被降解,初步判断降解反应对胆固醇为一级反应。

Abstract:Thermal degradation of the cholesterol at different heating temperatures and times was studied by capillary gas chromatography. The experiment showed that cholesterol has not been degraded below 130t for 40 min and 61 .9% of cholesterol is degraded at 183℃ for 10 min. Kinetic studies showed that the degradation reaction is first order with respect to cholesterol
