基于LabVIEW的焊接测控系统开发

摘    要:针对窄间隙旋转电弧焊焊缝跟踪的需要,开发一套测控系统.考虑到该焊接方法的特点和开发的效率、速度要求,采用"数据采集卡 PC机"模式,并选择LabVIEW作为测控系统的开发软件.系统功能主要包括数据采集、信号分析和输出控制.为便于完成有效的电弧传感,系统能灵活设置采样时钟、采样集、各种触发等功能,实现对特定区域的采样.由于需要较高的数据采样率,同时需要并行进行测试和控制,实现了高速数据流并行处理模式.为有效对采集信号进行处理,实现滤波,信号变换以及焊缝偏差检测的算法.为实现有效的控制,系统完成了同步、PWM输出控制、PID控制等功能.程序具有界面友好、高可靠性和好的扩展性,为进一步研究窄间隙旋转电弧焊提供好的实验平台.

Abstract:To satisfy the demand of seam tracking for narrow gap MAG welding,a measurement and control system was developed.Considering the characters of this welding method and the requirements of development efficiency,the model of the system is "DAQ card plus PC" and the development language is LabVIEW.The function of the control system includes three parts: data acquisition subsystem,signal (analysis) subsystem and output control subsystem.To achieve effective arc sensing,the system can flexibly set the source clock,sampling mode and triggering mode.Therefore,it can measure at special time interval.Because the sampling rate is high and the sampling and control are parallel processed,the system realizes high speed data stream treatment.In addition,the system can achieve multi-function or multi-device synchronization,PWM pulse train output and PID control.Procedures have friendly interface,high reliability and good extensibility.It provides a good experimental platform for the succeeding research on narrow gap MAG welding.
