| 摘 要： | 职业教育课堂教学尚存在重视理论规范建设,忽视实践创新意识培养的现状。课堂教学改革的当务之急应是培养教师的现代教育观念和意识,在教学中体现素质教育、开放教育、能力教育和创新教育的理念。鼓励教师进行课堂教学创新,倡导“多法并举,兼容吸纳,自成一家”。教学方法上要体现“放”;教学目标上要体现“效”。
