巯基醋酸的合成

在综述巯基醋酸合成方法的基础上，选择了硫代硫酸钠法，以铁粉锌粉作还原剂，以乙酸乙酯代替醚类作萃取剂，成功地合成了巯基醋酸，探讨了影响反应总产率的几种因素，该方法工艺简单，成本低，原料易得，产率高。

SYNTHESIS OF THIOGLYCOLIC ACID

On the basis of summarizing the synthesis methods of thioglycolic acid,the authors of this thesis successfully synthesize the thiogly colic acid by choosing "Na2S2O3 --Process" as the synthesis method and taking Fe powder as reductant instead of Zn powder and ethyl acetate as the extractant instead of the ethers. Some factors are discussed which affect on the reaction total yield. It is conrenient to operate under suitable condition with simple equipment and relativitly cheap material at high yield.
