| Abstract: | With the development of economy and the popularization of higher education,the demand for talents in the society is changing from laying stress on professional knowledge and skills to attaching importance to comprehensive capability and qualities.Based upon the present situation,colleges and universities are supposed to pay more attention to the ways that the students are to be cultivated.It is advisable for higher educaton institutions to change their educational philosophy so as to adopt to the ever-changing situation and promote quality education. |
