污灌对玉米萌发和早期生长发育的影响

摘    要:本实验以玉米为材料,用小清河不同浓度的污水处理,研究了污水对玉米种子萌发、幼苗植株高度、生物量、根系活力、细胞膜渗透性等的影响.结果表明:在玉米种子萌发的早期,低浓度的污水处理有促进作用,高浓度污水有抑制作用;污灌可以增强玉米根系活力,促进其生长发育,50%浓度污水处理促进作用最强,而污水浓度100%时起抑制作用;所有浓度的污水对细胞膜都有损害作用.

Abstract:The effects of sewage irrigation on germination, seedling heihght, biobass, vitality of root system and cell membrane penetration of maize were reported. The maize was irrigated under different concentration of sewage got from xiaoqinghe river. The experimental results showed that treatment with low concentration sewage promoted the germination of maize and it was contrary with high concentration sewage. Sewage irrigation promoted the root vitality and growth of maize and the promotion was the biggest irrigated with 50% sewage, but it was shown repress action with 100% sewage. It was harmful to cell membrane penetration that treats with all concentration of sewage.
