葎草的大孢子发生和雌配子体发育

摘    要:本文应用光学显微镜对葎草的大孢子发生和雌配子体发育进行了研究。胚珠顶生倒生,双珠被,厚珠心,具承珠盘。珠孔道狭窄,仅由内珠被形成。单个雌性孢原源于珠心表皮下,大孢子四分体线型,蓼型胚囊发育。

Abstract:Megasporogenesis and development of female gametophyte of Humulus scaadens (Lour.) Merr. have been investigated with light microscope and some main characters have been compared with hemp. The ovule is anatropous, bitegmic and crassinucellate.The hypostase, dense cytoplasm, accumulation of latex-like substances and thickening of cells wall with lignin, is situated above the chalazal vasculature and depending on the form of the nucellar base. The archesporial cellis of the nucellar hypodermal origin and cuts off a primary parietal cell which gives rise to up to 5-7 parietal layers. Megasporocytes accompanies meiosis and the chalazal megaspore of the linear tetrad develops in to a polygonum type embryo sac.The mature embryo sac is long and tubular, the synergids and antipodal cells degenerate early. The megasporogenesis and development of female gametophyte shows many common characters and close relationship between humulus and cannabis.
