| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了采用两根C_(18)提取净化小柱,提取净化食油(菜油)及油料作物种子(花生、油菜籽等)中的黄曲霉毒素的新方法。经反相高效液相色谱法(RPHPLC)测定,证明该方法是一种简单快速,有效可行的方法。

| Abstract: | A simple and rapid procedure for the extraction and cleanup of Aflatoxin (AFT) from edible,oil and the seeds of oil plants and a method for quantitative determination of AFT using reversed thase HPLC with fluorscence detector have been proposed. The mean recoveries from 83. 53 to 85. -12% were obtained for peanut with 1. 0 to 3. 0 ppb of AFTB1. The detection limit of the proposad procedure for B1,B2,G1,G2 was 0. 25,0. 15,0. 40,0. Ippb respectively. |
