| 摘 要： | 微创手术技术在普外科手术应用中经历了30年的发展，从最初的单纯胆囊切除手术，至今涉及胃肠、肝胆、胰腺、脾和腹壁外科等几乎所有普外科手术，且发展迅猛。本文概述了微创手术在肝胆系统、胰腺系统、脾脏系统、胃癌、结直肠癌等方面的应用及进展，并简要介绍了手术机器人在腹部外科中的应用。

| Abstract: | Minimally invasive surgery in the practice of general surgery has undergone 30 years of development,from the initial simple holecystectomy to today's almost all general surgery involving gastrointestinal,hepatobiliary,pancreas,spleen,abdominal surgery,just to name a few.And it is still developing very rapidly.This paper reviews the application of minimally invasive surgery in the hepatobiliary system,the pancreatic system,the spleen system,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer and so on.Moreover,the application of surgical robot in abdominal surgery is briefly introduced. |
