安全协同理论的基础性问题研究

为完善安全系统学理论,本文对安全协同理论开展系统研究。首先,基于协同理论,论证协同理论应用于安全系统学研究实践的可行性和合理性。其次,提出安全协同理论,并用安全目标关联维度概括安全协同理论的研究范畴。最后,提炼出安全协同理论7条重要的下属应用原理,即安全协同竞争原理、安全不稳定性原理、安全涨落原理、安全序参量原理、安全伺服原理、安全自组织原理、安全协同效应原理,并分别对其内涵进行详细阐述。结果表明,安全协同理论可揭示安全系统内的运行机制和一般规律,可为安全系统分析、评价及对策措施提供新的方法和思路。

Research on the Basic Problems of Safety Synergy Theory

In order to improve the theory of safety system, a systematic study on the theory of safety synergy is carried out. First of all, based on the theory of synergy, the feasibility and rationality of the application of synergetic theory in the research of safety system is demonstrated. Secondly, this paper puts forward the theory of safety synergy, and summarizes the research category of safety synergy theory with the correlation dimension of safety objectives. Finally, it extracts the 7 important subordinate application principle of safety synergy, namely: the safety collaboration competition principle, safety instability principle, safety fluctuation principle, safety order parameter principle, safety servo principle, safety self-organization principle, the safety synergistic effect principle, respectively elaborated on its connotation. The results show that the safety synergy theory can reveal the operating mechanism and the general rules of the safety system, which can provide a new method for the analysis, evaluation and countermeasures of the safety system.
