摘    要:通过液相分散法使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、二烷基二硫代磷酸吡啶盐(PyDDP)为修饰剂成功制备了MoS2纳米微粒.用透射电镜(TEM)对MoS2纳米微粒的形貌进行了表征.结果表明:MoS2纳米微粒平均粒径约为100 nm.利用四球试验机表征了MoS2纳米微粒作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能.摩擦磨损试验结果表明:MoS2纳米微粒具有良好的减摩抗磨性能.

Abstract:The solution dispersion method has been successfully used to prepare MoS-2 nanoparticles modified by PyDDP in a water-ethanol mixed solution.The size of the prepared MoS-2 nanoparticles were characterized by means of the transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The TEM investigation revealed that the average particle diameter of the prepared MoS-2 nanoparticles was about 100nm.Their tribologiy behavior was evaluated with a four-ball tester.The tribology results showed that the prepared MoS-2 nanoparticles is an oil addition exhibited good friction-reduction and antiwear properties.
