微波辅助提取葡萄皮多酚的最佳条件

摘    要:通过单因素试验和正交试验,采用微波辅助法提取了葡萄皮中的多酚物质。结果表明,微波辅助提取葡萄皮多酚的最佳条件为:以体积分数为0.50的乙醇溶液为提取剂,料液比1:35,微波功率540W,处理35s,于70℃水浴浸提25min,在此条件下,葡萄皮多酚的提取率可达95.02%。

Abstract:Polyphenol materials were extracted from grap skin with microwave assistance by single tactor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The study showed that the best conditions for polyphenol extraction through microwave assistance were as follows: grape skin (1 g) were extracted with 35 mL of φ=0.50 ethanol at 70℃ water bath for 25 min after being handled 35 seconds in microwave with 540 W of thermal power. The extraction of grape skin polyhpenol reached 95.02%.
