| Abstract: | The content of polyhexose in Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae is deterninated on the wavelength of 490nm by ultraviolet spectrometry and phenol-sulfurice acid chromogenic.This method can be used as the quality controlling standard due to its easy-handleness,quickness,accuracy and susceptibility. |
