| 摘 要： | 采用HPLC法和SPSS差异分析法,测定比较了地黄9个品系（种）的产量和梓醇、毛蕊花糖苷含量并做出了评价.结果表明,不同种质地黄样品的产量及指标成分的含量差异明显,为繁育推广和新品种选育提供了技术支撑.

| Abstract: | By using the method of HPLC, the contents of catalpol and verbascoside in the sample of dif- ferent Rehmannia glutinosa varieties were determined. SPSS software was used for comparing the yield and contents of catalpol and verbascoside. Results showed different Rehmannia germplasm sample had significant differences in the content of yield and index components. Technical support to popularize the cultivation and breeding was provided, and new variety of Rehmannia was selected. |
