分光光度法测定草甘膦生产废水中草甘膦和甘氨酸的含量

摘    要:在甘氨酸存在下用紫外分光光度计法测定草甘膦含量,所测废水体系中草甘膦质量分数为1.10%,该法RSD为0.836%,线性相关系数为0.999,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.53×103L/(mol.cm).用可见光分光光度计法测定甘氨酸含量,考察了组分、缓冲液用量、显色剂配比、甘氨酸浓度等因素对分析的影响,测得废水中甘氨酸质量分数为1.58%,标准偏差为2.13%,线性相关系数为0.998,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.32×103L/(mol.cm),分析实验值与实际值相吻合.

Abstract:The influence of glycine on the amount of glyphosate detected by spectrophotometry was dis- cussed, RSD was 0. 836% and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999, the apparent molar absorption coefficient was6.53×103L/(mol.cm) and glyphosate' s mass fraction was 1.10%. The effects of the buffer solution, dosage of color reagent, and glycine concentration on analysing glycine were investigated to test the contents of glycine by visible spectrophotometer. The results showed that the measurement er- ror, the linear correlation coefficient of glycine, the apparent molar absorption coefficient, and glycine' s mass fraction were 2.13%, 0. 998, 1.32×103L/(mol.cm) and 1.58%, respectively. And the analy- sis value was in agreement with actual data for glyphosate wastewater.
