大喷煤量高炉内骨架焦炭的劣化问题

摘    要:指出了高炉喷煤与骨架焦炭工作条件恶化的定量关系,使焦炭要化的主要原因;分析了焦炭的初始质量、气化反应、原位还原反应以及焦炭与熔体的反应对焦炭热强度的影响;介绍了某些抑制焦炭劣化的实验研究。最后讨论了保护大喷煤量高炉内焦炭质量的最佳工作状态。

Abstract:According to the theory of carbon balance, it is shown that the cha- racteristic parameters of the grid coke in B. F are deteriorated with the increase of coal injection rate. lnvestigations into the effect of coke quality, solution loss, insititu-reduction and coke-melt reactions on the coke beat strength as well as increasing the ore preneduction degree and using new charging technic to restrain the coke degradtion are intraduced . With the above aim, the optimum of B. F operation under an ultra coal injection rate is discussed.
